Access Control

Designed to offer convenience and maintain organizational hierarchy, Access control is made to limit access of assets and important resources to only the ones they are meant to be accessed by.

3 levels of User Access :

Super Admin

Has Complete autonomy; Can create multiple admins; Can create multiple groups.

Admin

Give/Revoke Access; Invite /Delete Users; View Access Logs.

End User

Open/Close locks using OpenApp Mobile Application.

Access Log

Every minute lock and user activity is gathered in the Access Log for Super admins /Admins to have a worm’s eye view of Company Operations. This data is stored in the cloud and valuable to improve and train staff, and to better customer satisfaction.

This log can be exported and shared as a single point of reference to reflect transparent logs of users and access points, as it is free from user bias, deception and dishonesty. This in turn fosters co-existence, harmony and peace of mind at the organization. The log is also crucial to protect organizations from loss, theft and misuse.

Grouping

The ability to create new sub groups is essential if you are from a bigger organization and the locks need to be categorized on the basis of departments. Grouping is available only to the Super Admins who can create groups and hand over the baton to the Admins.

Grouping is also useful at an inter-departmental level, where each group has access to a set of locks that another group needn't. Grouping is provisioned to make the process of giving access simple when users and locks are in large numbers and to automate the process to eliminate the burn associated with manually assigning access or, as in the real-world giving a key to each person in the organization.
